The daily room rate is $175 and does not include tax.
(The group rates apply to the nights of July 20-22, 2008.)
Reservations must be booked no later than June 23, 2008, to guarantee group rate.

Deposit & Cancellation

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at time of booking. A one-night non-refundable payment plus room and tax deposit will be billed to your credit card on July 13, 2008. If your reservation is cancelled after July 13, 2008, the individual will forfeit the deposit.

Arrivals & Departures

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Attendees are welcome to bring their luggage to the last session.

Driving Directions: Take I-70 West, approximately 130 miles to Exit 176. Follow the first roundabout under the bridge, then follow the signs going towards Lionshead. Turn right on South Frontage Road. Turn left onto West Lionshead Circle. Resort will be on your right.

Dress Code

Casual attire is generally worn during the meetings and business casual to the receptions. However, the conference rooms (and evenings in Vail) can be a bit cool so you might need a light jacket or sweater. Most restaurants in Vail are casual to business casual as well.
